Shadow caster problems

I recently purchased a used 2021 R6 . The Shadow Caster app worked fine, but now it searches continually and cannot connect. I have turned off the battery multiple times, but that hasn't helped. Garmin support advised removing power from the module. Does anyone know where that module is? The Roswell Stereo equipment is mounted on a board that blocks access to the back of the dash, but I think it's probably behind that. Any info on finding the module, how to remove that board or any insight to address the problem would be appreciated.
